  • Providing false, misleading, or forged information may lead to rejection or termination of membership.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Membership fees, platform charges, scrutiny charges, and renewal fees are payable online through the integrated payment gateway.
  • All payments are subject to the payment gateway provider’s terms and policies.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Association.
  • The Association is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment services.

6. Membership Validity & Renewal

  • Membership is valid only for the specified duration mentioned at the time of approval.
  • Members are responsible for renewing their membership before expiry.
  • Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of access to member services.

7. Digital Certificates

  • Membership certificates are issued digitally in PDF format.
  • Certificates are valid only while the membership status is active.
  • Unauthorized modification, duplication, or misuse of certificates is strictly prohibited.
  • The Association reserves the right to revoke certificates if membership is cancelled or found invalid.

8. Events, Updates & Communication

  • The Platform may display events, notices, and updates published by the Association.
  • Participation in events may be subject to separate eligibility criteria and fees.
  • Official communications may be sent via the Platform, email, or registered contact details.

9. Chat & Support

  • The chat and support feature is provided for official assistance and communication.
  • Members must maintain respectful and professional behavior while using support services.
  • Misuse or abusive conduct may result in suspension of support access or account termination.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting unauthorized access or system misuse is not permitted.
  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content is forbidden.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

  • The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
